CliftonStrengths Assessment
The CliftonStrengths Talent Assessment is a tool designed to identify your natural talents and strengths. It helps you discover what you do best, allowing you to focus on enhancing those areas in both your personal and professional life.
The assessment measures 34 different talent themes and provides insights into your top themes, typically focusing on your top 5 or top 10 strengths.
On average, the assessment takes about 30-40 minutes. You’ll answer a series of timed questions that help uncover your most dominant talents.
After completing the assessment, you’ll receive a personalized report detailing your top strengths and how to leverage them in your daily life and work. Depending on the version, you may also get an overview of all 34 themes.
Taking the CliftonStrengths Talent Assessment helps you understand your natural talents so you can focus on developing them further. It’s a powerful tool for personal growth, career development, and improving team dynamics.
Your core strengths tend to remain stable over time, though life experiences and growth may influence how you apply them. Retaking the assessment later might reflect some shifts, but your foundational strengths will likely remain consistent.
Absolutely! The assessment is an excellent tool for teams, as it helps each member understand their strengths and how they complement others. It enhances collaboration, communication, and overall team performance.
Once you know your strengths, you can use them to enhance your performance in various areas of life. You can focus on strengths-based development, set goals aligned with your talents, and manage potential blindspots effectively.
