The diagnostic is designed for executive leadership teams, cross-functional teams, project teams, and organisations experiencing growth, change, or team friction.

How long is the session?

The facilitated diagnostic session runs for approximately two hours.

How many participants are included?

The diagnostic includes up to 5 participants. Additional participants are $275 + GST per person.

What happens after booking?

Once booked, you’ll receive an onboarding form to help us understand your team structure, participant list, and key focus areas before the session.
