Partner Program Terms

Effective Date: 17 June 2026

By applying for, joining, or participating in the Satori Connect Partner Program, you agree to these Terms.

Continued participation in the Partner Program constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

Section 1

Purpose

The Satori Connect Partner Program enables approved partners to refer individuals, teams, leaders, and organisations to Satori Connect products and services, and receive referral commissions on eligible purchases.

The purpose of the programme is to create value for clients while rewarding partners for successful referrals.

These Terms apply to all current and future Satori Connect products, services, programmes, diagnostics, workshops, coaching engagements, leadership initiatives, employee engagement solutions, and related offerings unless otherwise stated.

Section 2

Partner Eligibility

Participation in the Partner Programme is subject to approval by Satori Connect.

Satori Connect reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or remove any partner from the programme at its sole discretion.

Participation in the Partner Programme does not guarantee referral opportunities, commissions, or ongoing access.

Section 3

Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

  • Represent Satori Connect products and services accurately and professionally
  • Use approved Satori Connect marketing materials where provided
  • Share their unique referral link when promoting Satori Connect offerings
  • Act in good faith and in the best interests of prospective clients
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Partners must not:

  • Misrepresent any Satori Connect offering
  • Offer discounts, rebates, incentives, or commercial terms without written approval
  • Modify official marketing materials in a misleading manner
  • Make commitments, guarantees, or contractual promises on behalf of Satori Connect
  • Present themselves as employees, contractors, agents, or authorised representatives of Satori Connect

Partners operate independently and are not employees, contractors, or agents of Satori Connect.

Section 4

Eligible Products and Services

The Partner Programme applies to all eligible Satori Connect offerings, including but not limited to:

  • Satori Team Diagnostic™
  • Decoding Your Strengths™ Sprint
  • Strengthsify Your Career™ (SYC)
  • Strengthsify™ Coaching
  • Kintsugi Leadership™
  • Team Design Workshops
  • Leadership Development Programmes
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives

Satori Connect reserves the right to add, remove, or modify eligible products at any time.

Section 5

Referral Process

The standard referral process is:

Partner identifies an individual, leader, team, or organisation that may benefit from a Satori Connect offering.

Partner introduces the relevant Satori Connect solution using approved materials.

Partner shares their unique referral link.

The client purchases the relevant Satori Connect offering directly.

Satori Connect delivers the agreed services.

6

Eligible referral commissions are paid.

Section 6

Referral Commission

Approved partners receive a standard referral commission of:

10% of Gross Revenue Received

Unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Gross Revenue Received means the amount paid by the client for an eligible Satori Connect product or service, excluding refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and applicable taxes where required by law.

Section 7

Strategic Partner Arrangements

Satori Connect may offer alternative commission structures, referral agreements, or strategic partnership arrangements at its discretion.

Examples may include:

  • Enterprise partnerships
  • Volume referral partners
  • Recruitment partners
  • Coaching partners
  • Strategic alliance partners
  • White-label partnerships

Any alternative arrangement must be agreed to in writing.

Section 8

Commission Attribution

To qualify for commission:

  • The referral must be tracked through the partner's unique referral link; or
  • Satori Connect must be able to reasonably verify the referral source.

Where multiple parties claim referral credit, Satori Connect reserves the right to determine attribution. The decision of Satori Connect regarding attribution is final.

Referral commissions are only payable where a partner has materially contributed to the introduction or sale of the engagement.

Section 9

Commission Payments

Commissions are payable:

  • 30 days after client payment has been received and cleared
  • Only on completed and paid engagements
  • Via Wise, PayPal, or direct bank transfer at the discretion of Satori Connect

Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Satori Connect is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information.

Section 10

Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

No commission is payable on:

  • Refunded purchases
  • Cancelled engagements
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraudulent transactions

If commission has already been paid on a refunded or cancelled engagement, Satori Connect may deduct the amount from future commission payments.

Section 11

Enterprise, Custom, and Strategic Engagements

Certain opportunities may require direct consultation with Satori Connect before purchase. Examples include:

  • Executive Leadership Teams
  • Enterprise-wide deployments
  • Multi-team engagements
  • Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integration teams
  • Leadership transformation programmes
  • Employee engagement initiatives
  • Custom consulting engagements
  • Strategic workforce projects

For these engagements, commercial arrangements and commission structures may be determined separately. Satori Connect reserves the right to negotiate custom arrangements where appropriate.

Section 12

Marketing Materials

All brochures, guides, templates, presentations, videos, reports, frameworks, and supporting resources remain the intellectual property of Satori Connect.

Partners are granted a non-exclusive licence to use approved materials solely for the purpose of promoting Satori Connect products and services.

Materials may not be copied, sold, modified, redistributed, or republished without written permission.

Section 13

Intellectual Property

The following remain the intellectual property of Satori Connect:

  • Satori Team Diagnostic™
  • Satori Team Intelligence™
  • Satori Attitude™
  • S.A.T.O.R.I. Roadmap™
  • Decoding Your Strengths™ Sprint
  • Strengthsify™
  • Strengthsify Your Career™
  • Kintsugi Leadership™
  • 5 SHIFTs of Talent™
  • All associated frameworks, methodologies, training materials, guides, reports, and intellectual property

Participation in the Partner Programme does not transfer any ownership rights.

Section 14

Confidentiality

Partners agree to keep confidential any non-public information relating to:

  • Clients
  • Pricing arrangements
  • Commercial terms
  • Intellectual property
  • Business operations
  • Referral arrangements

This obligation survives termination of participation in the Partner Programme.

Section 15

Independent Relationship

Participation in the Partner Programme does not create employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise between the partner and Satori Connect. Each party remains independent.

Section 16

Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Partner Programme at any time.

Satori Connect reserves the right to terminate participation immediately if a partner:

  • Breaches these Terms
  • Damages the reputation of Satori Connect
  • Engages in misleading conduct
  • Acts unethically or unlawfully

Eligible commissions earned before termination will continue to be honoured.

Section 17

Programme Changes

Satori Connect may update pricing, commission structures, marketing materials, referral processes, programme benefits, and eligible products and services at any time.

Updated Terms will apply from the date they are published.

Section 18

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satori Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Partner Programme.

Participation is at the partner's own risk.
