Satori Connect™ was founded by Khanh Vu, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach with more than 24 years of experience across talent, recruitment, leadership and organisational development.
After years of seeing people complete assessments, attend workshops and return to work without knowing what to do differently, Khanh saw the gap.
People did not need more strengths awareness. They needed a practical way to apply what they already knew.
That became the foundation of the Satori Attitude™ and the work of Satori Connect™ — helping individuals, teams and leaders understand how they naturally work, apply their strengths with intention and turn insight into better behaviour, contribution and performance.
